Day 2: Juice on

Good morning!

I've had some sort of gout since I was 9 years old, I've never seen a doctor for I'm not 100% sure if its gout. But I feel a little pain with my middle toe-left foot this morning. Other than that I feel normal I guess.

Yesterday I made a total of 3 batches of juice, and each one was almost a full jar as shown in the photos i posted. I might have drank a total of 6-7 glasses of juice yesterday. I played basketball last night at 9pm, and I wasn't as tired. Usually I feel out of breath after 2 games of straight running, but last night I felt I could endure.

Here's what I've been juicing. I don't really follow a recipe, I just mix it all and make enough juice to last 5-6 hours. Carrots and apples are my base then i add everything else to add color and variation.

Carrots
Apples
Celery
Cucumber
Spinach
Ginger

We went to Costco (supermarket) the other day and bought $270 US dollars worth of fruits and vegetables lots of apples and carrots. This supply will probably last me and my wife 7-10 days of straight juicing.

I also bought Kyani from a friend that was selling it, I'm going to combine it with my juicing.

Last night I also felt a bit of head ache and I'm feeling it again this morning. This is normal when your juicing. Charlotte Gerson founder of Gerson Institute explained the reason for this headache is due to high volume of toxic being released to the liver all at one time thus causing an imbalance which results to a head ache. (gees I sound like a doctor.) Charlotte recommended the coffee enema to counter that, which is a step that I would highly recommend especially for those who are trying to heal from a serous chronic disease.

Watch this interesting documentary of a guy who traveled extensively to find the truth behind the Gerson Therapy.
